I know the answer is "because they're twits", but why are twits always compelled to finish with a nasty remark?

Thank you, Jeff, for handling that in a polite but firm way !

Brain overfull. Firehose-style class. So glad I have a short vacation after this.Awesome. Some day, I'll enjoy it. You will blog about your experience there, as well as juicy tidbits, right?
I'll blog, don't know into how much detail yet (probably not much)
How long is your vacation and what are you doing or where are you going? Don't tell me that you are going to stay home and catch up on a bunch of bloging or something like that.
Just 5 days..
I probably am going to catch up on blogging, but I'm not at home, not anywhere close to home, not even in the same hemisphere. (Immersion event was in London and I'm not flying back til Wed)

Hm, favorite drink? At the moment, that would be a Sake Bomber with Sapporo... at least, that's what I'm looking forward to. I usually drink Stella, Heinekin, or Beck's.
I prefer Kirin to Sapporo. I haven't had Stella although the commercials make it look really good. 😛

....I'm guessing this has nothing to do with the olympic event: the Triple Jump, even though it is called the triple hop.
Good guess, but no. However, you may end up doing the triple hop after a couple of bottles (75cl, 7,8%)

Jealous 🙁
I was hoping to get to one of the May classes or Aug ones, but those won't work. Tempted to try for ATL in Dec, but not sure my wife will approve.

Varies quite a bit, suspect that people are just busy this week getting ready for your vacation.

Has anyone seen the Green Lantern movie yet?Yep. Liked it. My review is here: http://my-incompletethoughts.blogspot.com/2011/06/movie-review-green-lantern.html
re: your review - I haven't seen Definitely, Maybe, but I prefer Ryan Reanolds in Chaos Theory to Van Wilder/others. (plus, can't help thinking of him as Berg from Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place)
Think he has some chops as an actor, he just hasn't gotten past all of that stereotype yet. Good to hear that the movie was fun, thought about it this weekend but didn't make it.

Oh lord no. The thread will never die as long as I don't want Twitter to be tweeting away at me at the office while I'm trying to work, and I'm sure others feel the same.
I just finally caught up with Iron Man 2. I'll probably get around to Thor in 6 months or so... Green Lantern? 'eh, eventually... 😛
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.

You know you can also just go to the Twitter page at twitter.com and refresh it whenever you want. It doesn't have to be intrusive that way. Not that I'm trying to encourage it or anything...
