Are the posted questions getting worse?

    GAH!

I have a lot of love for Brian Knight and Pragmatic Works (his company), but I'm about to throw stones at SSIS Guy for posting nothing but advertisements on old BI forum posts for PW's products.

I've reported two posts already. Looking at his profile, there are lots more. Anyone know who this spammer is?

    It's been bugging you too?

I stopped looking after a couple of posts from that person. Just a nuissance.

You can always mail it to me if you want... I won't tell a soul :-).

No, I am resisting casting further aspertions on Craig's mental health.

Thank you, I do enough damage in that department on my own! :w00t:

I understand 'the last one' (after BI) might have a 'M' both before and after the 'C'.

You know, it just might. 🙂

    Brandie,

I was going to email you, but saw this and responded here. I don't know who this is (domain doesn't return anything), but I checked about 6 or 7 posts and they're relevant to the discussion. Recommending a third party tool is fine when it fits and it fits in those discussions.

I tend to only whack those that aren't relevant to the discussion at hand.

Good luck with that! You're one of the ones I'd really like to see with that certification. (I'd like to see me with it, but I know I'm not ready for it!)

Ah well, so much for attempting to be irrelevant on The Thread. Maybe I should start talking tech instead. Just finished getting the RML Utilities to run a playback. It's really easy & elegant once you get through all the persnickety setup.

From Microsoft. It's the easy way to play with trace files.

  • Hey Grant, due to the Order By that SQL Pass uses on the submitted sessions page, you and I are listed consecutively for all sessions. 🙂

Totally irrelevant and useless, I know.
