Whoa! What? You're a youngster and you don't live in a cave, how is it that an old <insert inappropriate term here> like myself knows what rickrolling is?

Somehow, Grant, I think I'm older than you are. @=) But thanks for the compliment.

I'd take that bet. I haven't broken 50 yet, which is why I love having Jeff & Allen White around, so someone is older than me, but I'm generally 10 years older than the oldest people I'm hanging around with at these events. Some of the punks like Johnathan Kehyias & Jess Borland can be down right frustrating they're so young.

Hmm. Really. Well, we might not be that far off in age after all.

    Let's compare references, shall we?

    Starblazers

    Thunderbirds

    The Monkeys

Do you remember any of the above?

Scooby Doo is almost as old as I am. No cheating and looking it up now. Take a wild guess how long this property has been around.

I liked Starblazers, but G Force was on right after and that's the show I waited for.

Never liked the show, but loved the Dickies cover of their theme song.

    That's the thing.

I remember watching both The Monkeys and Original Star Trek as a kid, but they were both in reruns at that point. And I think they were for Brandie too. Starblazers was on around the time those reruns were playing.

Of course, I also remember watching Get Smart, McHales's Navy, Sgt. Bilko, Gilligan's Island, Life of Riley, Car 54, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie, etc... but that was all reruns when I was a kid.

The shows that more accurately date me are the ones I watched in First Run: WKRP, Taxi, M*A*S*H, Magnum PI, Rockford Files, Buck Rogers, Battlestar Galactica, Bob Newhart, Mary Tyler Moore, Happy Days, etc...

I can really vaguely recall I Spy. I don't think my family was the Star Trek type. I saw it in re-runs and fell in love.

You could also include Gomer Pyle USMC, The Adamms Family, The Munsters, Lost in Space.

The Munsters - easy cheesy lemon squeezy.

MASH is the best of the list so far. I remember all of those shows except Bilko and Life of Riley. I must have watched them all in rerun though.
