My wife is going to take some classes on her hobby of Soaps and Candles at Duxbury, Boston. They have only one Bed & breakfast there and from what she found out, it is not good.

Where would you recommend her to stay that is near Duxbury that is safe and close by that she can travel back and forth everyday?

Hmm.. Duxbury is south of Boston on the shore. I've never really been down that way. How long do you have before you need to know, I can ask around from friends who know the area better than I do.

There is time to get more info... I would appreciate all the help I can get..

Will she have a car while she's here? Then I'd recommend looking around the Plymouth area. I haven't stayed at any of the B&B's there, but I have stayed at a couple of hotels. the Best Western there (Cold Springs I think) was nice, not too far from town & had a decent breakfast. Nothing fancy, but clean and in a good neighborhood.

It'll be a little bit of a drive, but nothing too bad.

Yeah, her mode of transportation is probably the most important at this point from the amount I was able to find out so far.

Have anyone heard of Hampton Inn in Plymouth? If so what do you think?

She is crying when I told her that Duxbury is way far south of Boston since she cannot shop.. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah, it is about 45 minutes S of Boston by car, but then again it is right next to Plymouth and that's a tourist town. Probably plenty of shopping there.

Oh yeah, plenty of nice little shops there to visit. I'm sure she will have a great time. Plimouth Plantation[/url] is a great place to visit for a day as well.

And I got an email today saying it is now sold out, so if you want to change your mind, you'll have to hope someone else cancels. : -\ Sorry!

I'm looking for a couple (and I do mean 2) editors for a non-SSC piece on page restores. Please do not volunteer if you are not willing and able to do a tech and readability type edit in a fairly short time frame (no more than a week)

I don't mean in-depth tech edit taking many hours. Just a kinda sanity check level. It'll get an in-depth tech edit later on from someone else.

    Thanks

I must have missed the first request that scared people away. Or I got so frightened my mind went blank and I'm blocking the whole thing out...

I can give it a shot, if you like.
