Merry Christmas all.
And no, I won't be politically correct. If you don't celebrate Christmas please don't be offended as that is your right.
I hope everyone has a quiet weekend and that there are no production issues that require a call-in for anyone.

Merry Christmas (and a Happy New Year) to all!
Kit, I loved your song. I guess the UK has a higher proportion of atheists than the US but I assure you we all celebrate Christmas 😉

There have been an unusual number of large quakes in the region recently, it's true, but we only really felt the big one in ChCh. Everyone's been talking about the inevitable 'big one' for Wellington and Auckland a lot more, but aside from that, nothing really to report, no.
Our house is on the side of a hill, so when the big quake does come, we're doomed!

Glad you liked it. I find that song very amusing because it is politically correct and it shows just how ridiculous political correctness can get. I definitely hope those who celebrated Christmas had a very good one. I had a good Christmas, a very enjoyable day with my hubby and dogs.
The very best wishes to everyone for the New Year that's fast approaching.

That's an interesting combination. At least for me. Sauerkraut goes with bratwurst/hot dogs or something simliar.

I suppose it all depends on how you cook them... ribs + (salt/pepper + malt vinegar + mustard + brown sugar) i.e. homemade BBQ sauce + 1/2 a bottle of beer in a slow cooker with 'kraut on top could turn out pretty well in 8-10 hours.
Or even perhaps a nice dry rub, with beer and 'kraut could work too.
