Sure, if no where else, at the SSC party.

I think that may be beyond anyone's ability. Though I do know a good (and funny) punctuation book I could recommend...

Paul, I've really liked those articles. Heck, all of your articles have been keepers. Thanks for being a part of this community, and for the great articles. Keep them coming!

Yep sure will - and thanks. I'm moving house at the moment, and waiting for my new laptop to arrive (my old one is single-core and has a very shonky power connection), and Amanda has broken her finger (on a horse!) so I've been struggling for blog/article time over the last two weeks...:-D

very shonky ... This should go on the WOD thread. lol. I've never heard it before. :w00t::-D:hehe::cool:

Actually what is needed is a course on correct non-use of apostrophes. Although even then I'm a bit dubious about the correctness of a rather recent convention.

And on an unrelated note. Who wants this job?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txdv_oNq81I&feature=youtu.be

Darn it! Finally get a chance to look at it, and what I see is

This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by TheOnLineEngineer.org.

Yeah, apparently the guy climbing was worried he might get fired for showing a not-quite-so-safe climb. It's still here: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=f2d_1284588370

Which is funny 'cause they explain that pretty well in the video and mention that OSHA is ok with it for the reasons stated.

My hat's off to anyone who can actually do that. I don't believe I could do that if someone offered me a million dollars just to get to the top and get back down. I guess that's why I joined the submarine service when I was young.

Maybe. Cat just went in for surgery, so if I come across as witchy today, my apologies in advance. However, the bolded underlined part of his post is what I'm referring to as passive agressive.

Good luck to you and your cat! I know how nerve wracking that can be. I was a mess the day my cat had bladder stones removed. May your cat's outcome be as good as my cat's!

Ditto, been through several surgeries over the past few years with various pets, including brain surgery. Tense, but all turned out great, hope the same for your cat!

Heh... you and your cat's had brain surgery? That explains a lot, Jon. πŸ˜›
