That post kills me. Posted in it, but no backup, and I don't have any money.If it's important, buy the tool. If it's not, move on.
That's one situation where I'd to be in front of the managers and say: "See what you get when you don't hire the right people?"

Mistake #2: Cut & Paste DB files (Always COPY, never CUT)
Mistake #3: Deleted records from all the tables
Mistake #4: "empty the log file for this DB from a month"
Mistake #5: No backup taken before doing all of this.
How can you make so many mistakes in a row?
