I don't want to get a contact list out, I want to get a contact list in. Can you do that?

As far a I can tell, no. You cannot add members.

We need to band together and get PASS and INETA to demand that something be done. Whoever is leading this web site has no idea what the group leaders need.

    Mee too.

I just can't summon up the right combination of arrogance, indignation and concern to tell him to find someone who has a clue. Might be something to do with fact that I'm doing a database design at the moment. Or the the upcoming mini-vacation.

It might also be the fact that you're getting tired of companies hiring people who don't know what they're doing. I know that I've had enough of that.

Hmmmm, maybe there's a project here. We used to have some support for limited hosting here. Don't have the code, but maybe there's some SQL Sat, errr, SQL Share code I can use.

From what I have seen, there are plenty of problems beyond those mentioned. It is not very well managed.

Maybe we need people to answer a skill testing question before coming here.

Q: What's the difference between a table and a DB?

A: A table needs at least 3 legs to stand whereas a DB stands on it's own. 😛

That too, but seeing as companies like that are the main contributors towards my income, I can't get too tired of it.

It's gone from bad to worse and I'm afraid that it'll never be good unless we start pushing for something better.

Good point. As a contractor, I get some of the benefits too, but not as much as you.

Your response there was so good, for the first time ever, I read a set of posts to my wife. She laughed and laughed. Well done.
