I have a Filearchive SQL Server Table with 700 GB size, It contains 5 years of document attachments,
I created diffrential backup every day and a full backup every week, But during last week it takes long time to make diffrential backup.
Can I archive the past years data into a archive table?
I do not need to make full backup of last years every week.
For example, splite the DB and create some LDF for past years.
Any Idea ?

Make archive filegroup.
Make it read-only.
Back it up once. Test restore then forget about it.
Re-test your whole DR to make sure you're good with your sla and to update procedures.

Sounds like an ideal situation to implement a sliding window partitioned table and an additional filegroup.
I would look at the possiblity of setting this up in a"backup" file group. Backup the filegroup and switch the data into the "backed up file group"
