Hi ,
I have to apply patches on SQL server in cluster ACTIVE/ACTIVE.
On 2008R2 (RTM) need to apply SP2
On 2008 SP2 need to apply SP3
On 2008 SP1 need to apply SP3
Need steps and
Can you guys share the known or faced any complextions on applying these patches.

First off I hope you have a NonProduction system to test this all with... testing applying the SP, timings and to test out code running against dbs to make sure it causes no issues.
Second, you need to download the appropriate SP for your system from the Microsoft.com\SQL website.
Third, backup all user databases AND master, model, msdb.
Then, have all user connections disconnected from SQL Server to ensure you don't interrupt their activities. Next, stop all unnecessary services, like AV, IIS, etc. Then run as Admin the Service pack. Once complete, backup all databases and test, test, test!
