  I was going to apply the Hotfix CU6 to one of the test servers , but I noticed that there are 2 separate files. Does anyone know the difference? The only difference I noticed was the file size and one of the file names said "SQLSERVER" in the beginning.

  Upon further research I found that one of the files "SNAC" is for a instance with SNAC Installed or has applications which use SNAC

  SNAC actually refers to SQL Native CLient.
