Application Role

    Hi

    In my server it has some Windows authenticated users

    The users all are having sysadmin server roles

    ALSO

    They have the application roles

    Is it securable to having the sysadmin roles to that users?

    Is it necessary giving the sysadmin as well as application roles?

    Plz let me
