We have sensitive data that needs encrypted that is in a mirroring environment. To me, articles that I have viewed haven't been crystal clear on how to do it. (Below are some of the articles).
In order to make sure I am not missing anything, does anyone have a step by step written down on how to do this?
(I don't have a test environment setup to test this out as of yet, so maybe encryption with mirroring is straight forward, but just incase it's not, does anyone have any experience setting this up?)

Do you mean data encrypted and you need to mirror that data (moving keys, certificates, etc) or do you mean encrypting the data sent over the mirroring link?

Yes, the actual mirroring portion, that most likely involves moving keys, certificates, ect.
If I recall correctly, the data sent over the link between the principal and the mirror is automatically encrypted.
