any source for OLE DB / SQL Server error codes

  Hi there,

  I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good source for descriptive information on error codes.

  SQL is famous for returning things like:

  OLE DB provider 'SQLOLEDB' reported an error. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 7399)   [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 7312).  The step failed.

  Where can I lookup Error 7312 or 7399 to see more about them?

  I've hunted before, but only found hours wasted googling away...
