I'm using "Microsoft SQL Server 2000 DTS" by Timothy Peterson (2001, SAMS - ISBN 0-672-32011-8).

For a good webiste with some real-life examoples to follow:
Also contains some known fixes for dts anomoloies - eg null values when importing excel as excel looks at first 8 rows when deciding the datatypes.
