  And I read the question from the perspective of the value of the information found in the view.

  sys.system_sql_modules always returns 1 for uses_ansi_nulls and uses_quoted_identifier. All by itself, less than useful.

  sys.system_sql_modules "always returns 1" for uses_quoted_identifier

  and uses_ansi_nulls....that doesn't tell us anything.

  Anyone have any other thoughts? Did we miss something?
