I want to block another user's avatar (anthony.green's avatar is terrible).
Is it possible?

You can block all avatars in control panel -> forum settings.

Sorry guys, it was a bit much, there where a few posts the day I changed to that avatar which made me upload it as I did feel like banging my head against a brick wall.

Changed it back to my old one now.
