Does anyone know how to schedule jobs to run once a year? I've looked at sp_add_jobschedule in BOL but the required arguments are not too clear.

Two ways:
1. you can schedule the 1st of the month (or any day) and say every 12 months. Easy in the GUI, have to search in BOL for the script, but I have confidence in you, Paul.
2. Schedule 2 items. First is your job for a specific day. The second item is a reminder to reschedule the job for the next year.

Thanks,
I have implemented No 2 as it was the easier. Looked at No 1 but couldn't see in the gui how to specify every 12 months. Can this really be done in the gui?
