What type of phone interview questions will you ask someone applying for the position of analyst/developer (sql, ssrs, ssis)?

I've found that most technical phone interviews (had a few recently) use the "lead in approach" starting with a general topic where the interviewee is asked to describe a time when they had to use a certain feature of RS/IS/AS (depending on the position). Then based on the response, the interviewer will start digging deeper with some specific questions based on the response.
Ex. SSIS
Interviewer: Are you familiar with Package Configurations?
Interviewee: Yes. Recently I was working on a project where we used the SQL Server Table package configuration to store values for the package parameters. That allowed me to build a GUI for the users to update the package variables each month with new values.
Interviewer: Have you ever used the XML package configuration?
Interviewee: Yes. In fact, that is the method we use for storing the connection string used by the sql server table package configuration for the project I just mentioned. We have a dev/production environment, so using an xml file with the connection string (and pointing to that XML file from an environment variable) makes it easy to switch between the two servers.

Well, hopefully this will help you... I recently had a panel interview for a SQL Server Developer position where I got barrated with questions from 5 people. It was very nerve wracking but I must have done well since they offered me the job (I didn't take it).
A few of the people would ask me general quesitons like what do I do on a typical day. Another person had a list of "SQL Server interview questions" where she asked me things like what's the difference between a stored procedure and a function?". And then other people asked me real world "what if" stuff. Like if users were experiencing deadlock issues, how would you handle them. It was a grueling hour long interrogation and then they left the room to confer with each other and then came back and hammered me some more.
Their justification for this interview was "well, Microsoft interviews like this...so can we".
If you do a google search for "sql server interview questions", you should be able to get a jist of things they might ask.
