Who are the main players in the Analysis Services UI tools market (e.g. I think ProClarity is one of them). Do these tools have major points of differentiaiton or they all similar in capability and approach?

Hi,

We are currently looking into AS2005 UI Tools.

So far we have selected to review the following toolsroclarity,Panorama,DataJungle and BI Portal.

I think Proclarity and Panorama are the high-end tool for AS2005. I still need to do some testing to see if their new version uses all of the new features os AS2005.

DataJungle is a simple web UI that allows users to create non-complexe graphs and table view. As of version 3.x they are not using many of the new features of AS2005.

BIPortal is a free frontend that uses OWC. It actually does a pretty good job for the price (0$) but it is not actively supported and it will not extend all of the new features.

If anybody can think of any other UI I could look into, please let me know.
