How can findout which version of analysis server i am running(Standard/enterprise)?

For AS2000, there is a sample script that returns this for you in the Operations Guide (google -> 'operations guide +"analysis services" + 2000 site:.microsoft.com' . without the single quotes i used at the start/end).
For AS2K5 I think this shows as a property viewable through the Management Studio.

Before running Setup, you must identify the version of the instance of Analysis Services 2000 that you want to upgrade.
To identify the installed version of Analysis Services 2000
