Am I getting too old for Microsoft Tech-Ed?

  Man, I have just come back from the Microsoft Tech-Ed that was held in South Africa and I will need a week to recover from the "lack of sleep" and excess of u know what. I have attended the Tech-ed's for five years now and each year I seem to suffer more than the pervious years.

  Do the other Tech-ed's across the world also have huge parties during the event?  Of course it is not compulsory to attend the parties and all “damage” was self inflicted! My company has a policy of leaving us delegates totally alone when at the event, so for once a year we are FREE to party without the fear of that 3AM call from our Datacenter.

  Oh well, let me de-tox and get ready for next years Tech-ed and maybe ill behave better NEXT year.

  I try to sleep alot the week before PASS for the same reason and always try to take the following monday off to recoupe
