I'm planning to set up AlwaysOn Availability Groups.
Questions:
1. Can one cluster node should be enoguh to configure AlwaysOn Availability Groups?
2. The node hosting the secondary replica, must be part of same cluster as Primary?
Thanks,

You are asking extremely basic questions about a VERY complex and advanced construct. I believe you do not have much chance of success setting up and managing AGs without first acquiring a significant amount of knowledge or help with your need. There is absolutely no way you can post a forum question or two, read a blog post or two and go do this.
