    If the error message is something like "Failed to obtain the Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) resource handle for cluster resource with name or ID.....",
    it's generally an issue with one of the cluster resources not being available. There should be more information, details in the cluster log.

  • It means the resources are not in online state. I faced similar scenario where one of my nodes(primary replica) went in to Quarantine state as a result my Availability Group went in to resolving state. I am not able to write entire thread here but you can catch here
