quick question? Always on SQL WSFC configuration , automatic fail-over SQL 2016 Standard edition supports it ? I know enterprise supports it.

yes, standard edition supports it when its synchronous-commit mode which is the only way you can use the automatic failover. in both versions, standard and enterprise.
The only thing is that it's only one database per AG.
