    when we restarted the secondary replica and found in logs

    There have been 748800 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO. of a database , how can we resolve this ?

    can you provide more detail of the network connection between the primary and this secondary

    I haven't encountered this before, but quick internet search indicates your problem is mismatch of disk physical sector size between your nodes. Check . Might not be trivial to fix this.
