I too was thrown off by the lack of the number of answers...not that you should indicate the correct number of answers, but some indication that it's not necessarily a single answer would've helped.
I suggest "Select all that apply" or something along those lines.

As I follow this discussion, it seems less and less surprising that only 15 percent of the answers were correct. I don't remember when it was this low.
