align zero's on a dual Y axis

  I am trying to display a chart for our report server (developed in visual studio 2008) that has two Y-axis's. Each Y axis is displaying figures for a different set of values and I would like the zero horizontal line to align between the two values.

  Currently the zero could be on the lower left axis and on the upper right axis (or however) depending on the values.

  How can I get the zero value to be at the same placement for both?
