Yeah, automatic touchless transactions can make your life easy - until you have to deal with fraud. It could spoil someone's vacation or holiday.
Perhaps we could design tap cards in such a way that the RFID doesn't work, unless you press your thumb on the chip to close the circuit. It would be great if the chip could recognize a fingerprint signature, but given the limitations of these miniature un-powered chips, that might be too much of a stretch for the near future.
