Agent Errors for the Past 24 Hrs.

  Right now my SQL server sends me an email with a report of any sql server agent errors that have occured in the last 24 hrs.  Where is this option set up, and what is sending the emails?

  One option is a combination of SQL Agent & a job checking the event logs + SQL mail but that would be odd to report SQL Agent errors.

  Perhaps a homewritten/3th party program?
