is it possible to make secondary database to read/write in secondary replica in always on .

No, it can be set to read only. There are no other options.
If you need to have two separate databases that need to be in sync and allow read/writes, you will need to implement merge replication, bi-directional transactional replication, or peer to peer replication.
Depending upon what your needs may be would determine the proper approach.
