after changing my SQL sa password all my maintenance plans & my jobs failed to excute?

This is one of the reasons why schedulled jobs shouldn't login into the system as "sa".
Take it as an opportunity to create a batch account.

agent jobs owned by sa should not fail because of a password change - are you sure that was the cause?

Do you have the SQL Server Agent configured to connect to SQL Server using the SA account?

what's the account service of SQL Server Agent?

there is no any affect on the job owner password change on a job because job execute on the OS local or domain account which one we say Service Account of Agent Service,you should check service account password
