There is no relevant difference between what Arun posted and what is in the link Becklery posted so you still need to find the SSRS folder in SQL Server folder in programs and modify the style files.
The reason styles and themes are in PreINIT in the Http pipeline while SSRS is more like page load so if you don't modify what Microsoft provided then you must inherit from page to consume styles or themes.

I am using RAQ Report.As I know, it can help users to add an image in report easily. Moreover, you have two choices. One is as cell content, and the other is as background image.
Stop telling users about your product without adding the full version cost more than SQL Server standard license.
