Adding Linked SQL Server6.5 to 2000

  I added a linked SQL Server v6.5 to my 2000.  After running a query against a table from the newly linked server I got an error:

  Server: Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

  OLE DB provider 'SQLOLEDB' reported an error. 

  [OLE/DB provider returned message: The catalog stored procedures installed on server SFORDPNT are version 6.50.193;

  version 07.00.0330 or later is required to support IDBSchemaRowset.

  Please contact your system administrator and ask them to run instcat.sql]

  OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'SQLOLEDB' IDBSchemaRowset::GetRowset returned 0x80004005:   ].

  Can someone tell me what is instcat.sql, where to find it?  Would I need to run it from v6.5 or v2000?
