Greetings all!
I am having a conundrum with a data cube!
So here is the issue I am having. I have a data cube built that functions correctly. However there is a request to add data to this from another dimension (similar to sub products). The problem is, this is a 1 to many relationship. The main data is the 1, and the new dimension is the many. I have tried quite a few ways to get this to work in the data cube, but so far nothing has been successful.
So my question is, how do you add a subproduct type dimension to a cube where there is a 1 to many reference? Or is that even possible without skewing and breaking how things work currently?

Hi
Yes there is, and you could do it without breaking things..
Mr Russo and Ferrari created a nice paper called the 'Many-To-Many Revolution'. I presume this paper contains the directions to solve your problem.

If you still encounter issues solving the 1 to many relationship in your cube. I could provide more help.
