add text as first record?

  Hi

  Looking to use a query as an SSRS parameter.

  Something like

  select code, name from location

  which would give me

  001 location1

  002 location2

  etc

  Id like the first record to be ALL

  Like....

  All All Locations

  001 location1

  002 location2

  etc

  Something like this?

  select 'All' as code, 'All Locations' as name, 1 as SortOrder

  union all

  select code, name, 2 from location

  order by SortOrder, WhateverOtherSortingCriteria
