Add Column without referencing alias in Select

    Added a column to a heavily used table (production of course ) . Forgot that I had a second table with same column name. Almost all the queries that joined those two tables broke.

    Guess why.

    Server: Msg 209, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

    Ambiguous column name 'ColumnName'.
