Hi there,
I am interested in using actions to allow users to drill through from a cube to a report. I can set up actions in the cube, but can I utilise them with office web components as my client application?
Many thanks in advance

I am using the Office 2003 web components in a Windows Sharepoint Services site to drill through data provide from Stored procedures in my SQL 2000 db and it works great using the Pivot Chart and Pivot Tables. However, I have not tried this using an OLAP cube but the documentation say that this datasource is supported.

Don't think we are talking about the same thing.
I can connect OWC to an OLAP cube, quite easily, and manipulate the data. What I am trying to do is click on a number in the OWC, and cause this to pass parameters through to a reporting services report and open it. Analysis servies cubes provide this functionality at the cube end, but the client application also has to support this functionality. My question is whether OWC does offer this support.

Not sure about that, suggest you try the OWC newsgroup and/or look for the Little Black Book for Programming OWC, not sure if this is the exact title.
