In event log I am geting errors:
Error: 0, Severity: 19, State: 0
language_exec: Process 57 generated an access violation. SQL Server is terminating this process.
Error: 0, Severity: 19, State: 0
SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 57 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server is terminating this process.
What Can I do to resolve this ? Urgent. How can I find out what is causing these errors.

Do you have any additional extended stored procedures or other software on your sql server? If you don't and can't isolate to a particular process, you need to call Microsoft PSS. They are very good and this is potentially a serious problem
