About data-driven subscription

    Hi.

    I have implemented a SSRS 2005 report and I have created a table to contain the report parameters for a data-driven subscription. I have created the subscription and the related SELECT statement to query the parameter table. This table could contains more record, each for parameter set of the report. Well, does it occur the report execution for each parameter record in the table?

    Hi,

    The number of emails sent by your data driven subscription will depend on how many rows your query returns. So if your query returns 10 rows this will mean than 10 emails will be sent.

    In my view the best way to set up data driven subscriptions is to send them to yourself first and then change the recipients to the user email once it has been tested successfully.
