Hi Team,
I have a situation here. Sometime when accessing the database on the SQL server, I am getting this error:
=========
Error occurred in Execute(string i_sSQL) Method in SQLServer. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)
at Approva.BizRights.Core.DBSQLServer.SQLServer.Execute(String i_sSQL, Boolean i_bFillSchema)
==========
But it got resolved automatically or restarting the SQL services. My management is after me and is asking for an explaination. I have googled this as well and have found few answers but all seems to related with network error. Could any of you throw some more light or explain a bit more.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Sanjeev

Move your server's network cable to another port in the network switch ... if the switch is not failing then You should consider to replace the server's network card...

A transport-level error is a network error.
