if there is no member of sysadmin or securityadmin available, I don't know of any way.

Stop SQL server. Copy mdf / ldf to another SQL Server and try to attach the database.

Just a couple of possibilities: has anyone (eg. the admin) set up an EM connection as sa on his workstation or on the server itself? Maybe logging on to Windows as that person and bring up EM will get you an sa connection?
Alternatively, are there any other servers that have your problem server defined as a linked server (using sa)?
Cheers,
