Hi Guys preparing for exam 70-432 so any advices or tips to pass within short time?
which is the good books to review ?
what type of question they asked?
any simulation question they ask?
how many question they ask and how long it takes?
any tips to crack exam?

The exams are to test YOUR knowledge of SQL Server, not someone elses. A quick google search of '70-432' will give you a long list of reading material, but you'll also need hands on experience, so I suggest you download SQL Express and start learning

Around 40 questions. Around 120 minutes (2 hrs)
any tips to crack exam?
Read this book and practice the sample questions 3-4 times.
Few tips are given in this book.

I suggest, for learing 120 days trial edition (= Enterprise) should be used as exam covers all the editions and features. Enterprise edition has all the features.
Unless specified Enterprise edition is assumed in the exam.

I suggest you intall at least two intances to practice Replication, Mirroring, Log-Shipping, TDE-Backup/Restore, Linked Server, etc.
