Hello,
We were just set up with a 64-bit dev box so we can do some proof of concept tests prior to getting the ok to upgrade production to 64-bit. I noticed that when I was processing some AS cubes that the process in task manager had a '*32' appended to the end of it. If I check the version of SQL server it says that it's the 64-bit version. Is this normal?
Thanks,
Frank

Just the db engine is x64, all the rest is x86.

Yep, turning the box back over to our IT provider... we had them reinstall SQL server last week because they loaded the Standard edition rather than EE and they turned it back over to us a couple of days ago. Didn't think to recheck to make sure that the loaded 64-bit EE...
Thanks,
Frank
