2 agents?

    we are running trasaction replication sql 2005 for 5 tables and it is replicated?

    Now we have to do replication on same server but different db.

    does it will create all agents again ?

    It will create a new snapshot agent for the publication that you are creating and it will create a new log reader agent for that database. Any other publications that you build against that database can then use the shared agent (log reader agent).
