Reading those comments (which are very nice to read) Im pleased that the tone we hoped to achieve has worked out. It used to be that I read every post to make sure, but with the volume we have I have to spot check, just not enough time to read them all! If you see an instance where someone is not behaving well, please let me know so we can address it. Maintaining the quality of the discussion is very important to us.

Ditto with what Andy said. sjones@sqlservercentral.com or awarren@sqlservercentral.com. We very, very rarely censor, but it does happen. Mostly we'll remove offensive material, but leave the post.
Disagreements are fine, personal attacks are not and are not tolerated.

In the last 9 months I have not seen a post which I would consider really misplaced.
And I think if this happens, the other members could very well see for themselves and put the head of this black sheep in the right place again
But it has been mentioned above, that all here seem to be very professional so it isn't neccessary at all.
And that's good so!
