    More serious:

    What do you expect as an answer by providing the amount of information as shown in your post?

    It would help a lot if you'd take the time and describe what issue you're struggling with together with some sample data (but not all you 100 mill records...).

    Are you worried abt performance or you just want help in insert/update/delete? In that case pls go through items that Lutz provided in the previous post.

    Could you please elaborate your issue? Your statement doesn't tell what kind of manipulation you need.
