Especially as a information security (INFOSEC) professional, I find these types of videos worth spending time on because I definitely learn something. For instance, the keynote video of Runa Sandvik covered just how far adversaries will go to compromise devices, especially if those adversaries are nation state actors. How easily they can gain physical access to devices and force unlock of those devices are noteworthy to pay attention to.
