I attended a two day class this week that was fantastic. It was taught by the author of the course material, Kirk Wilson, from Cincinatti. The nice thing about the course is that he covered the challenges one will encounter when upgrading each component of SQL Server. He also spent a lot of time putting together was/is tables comparing the old and new commands. One of the local Microsoft guys sent me an invitation to the class, and I can't find find the event today when I search the MS site. If you do hear about it being held in your area, be sure to sign up.
