I have finished my website, done all my recompilations, checked all my settings, and finally SSMSDeploy is on the internet, ready to be downloaded.

There are a couple of things still to add to this project:

1) Initial configuration through SSMS rather than regedit. I want to make addin settings configuration part of the wrapper, which is why I didn't just throw up a quick form to do it.

2) Provide a "connect to database" button (so you can work disconnected)
